- The KERN SXC food scale in combination with EasyTouch SET 08 Take-Out is the ideal portioning scale for canteens and commercial kitchens: individual portions are weighed as they are removed from a large source container placed on the scale and distributed directly onto the plates. The advantage: portioning is precise and without additionally weighing the plates, which significantly simplifies the process
- If too much or too little is removed from the source container, the software displays this immediately, so that the quantity can be adjusted
- In addition, the software displays how many portions remain in the source container, enabling efficient planning. This makes it clear in good time when replenishment is required
- Documentation is automatic: the weight of each portion is saved and can be printed if required. This ensures that no portion is unnoticed and too small
