1. PURCHASE

At www.guenstige-waagen.de, you are purchasing with a functional guarantee. Before our scales leave the warehouse, they are tested for functionality and condition. Only after both tests are satisfactorily completed will your goods leave the warehouse. www.guenstige-waagen.de guarantees that the goods delivered are fully functional at the time of dispatch. When purchasing a scale from www.guenstige-waagen.de, you are entitled to return it within 7 days if it is defective. The remaining warranty period depends on the respective type of scale. As a rule, you will receive a 6- or 12-month warranty. For new devices, you will receive either a 24- or 36-month warranty. If you have any questions about this, please contact us at 0221-2779986-0.

2. DELIVERY

As a general rule, orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany. If you would like delivery abroad, we will be happy to try and assist you. Delivery is generally carried out by the shipping company UPS or DHL.

3. WARRANTY

If the delivered items show obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects to us immediately. We will then arrange for an exchange or repair immediately. If a repair is required, it must be carried out exclusively by us. The warranty conditions are attached to the respective invoice of the delivered item. As required by law, we reserve the right to attempt rectification up to three times. If the third rectification attempt is also unsuccessful, the goods may be returned to us at the agreed purchase price.

If a particular item is not available for delivery, in individual cases we will send you an equivalent item in terms of quality and price (replacement item). If you are not satisfied with it, you can return it within 7 days. If an ordered item or replacement item is not available for delivery, we are entitled to release ourselves from the contractual obligation to deliver; at the same time, we undertake to inform you immediately of the unavailability and to refund any payments received immediately.

4. RETURN POLICY

Right of return

If the goods received are defective, you can return them within one week by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and this policy.

Only for goods that cannot be shipped via parcel (e.g., bulky goods) can you also declare the return by requesting collection in writing, e.g., by letter, fax, or email. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the request for collection in time.

Consequences of return

In the event of a valid return, the services received by both parties must be reversed, and any benefits derived (e.g., benefits in kind) must be handed over. If the goods deteriorate, compensation for the loss in value may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is solely due to their inspection - as would normally be the case in a retail store. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for the loss in value by not using the goods as an owner would and by refraining from anything that impairs their value.

5. VALIDITY OF PRICES

The prices stated on the internet remain valid until 31.12.2026.

6. RESERVATION OF TITLE

Until full payment has been received, the goods remain our property.

7. DATA PROTECTION

The data necessary for processing the transaction will be stored and, as part of order processing, may be passed on to companies affiliated with us. All personal data will, of course, be treated confidentially. For the purposes of credit checks and credit monitoring, as well as for marketing purposes, we exchange data with other group mail-order companies and, if applicable, with SCHUFA. Your privacy interests will be taken into account by us.
